The Wilson Tennis Experiential Village represents a perfect example of how 3e60events develops fully customized experiential marketing projects designed around precise communication objectives, audience engagement strategies and brand positioning goals.

Created inside one of Beijing’s most important commercial destinations — a premium shopping mall characterized by extremely high footfall and the presence of an official Wilson retail store — the activation transformed a retail environment into a fully immersive tennis experience capable of attracting audiences, generating media attention and amplifying the Wilson Tennis brand both physically and digitally.

Rather than a simple temporary installation, the project was conceived as a true branded destination experience, designed to engage visitors over the course of an entire week through a carefully curated sequence of live events, product experiences, entertainment activities and interactive engagement formats.


A Fully Customized Experiential Marketing Project

This activation perfectly reflects the 3e60events approach to experiential marketing: designing tailor-made projects capable of combining communication strategy, entertainment, audience interaction and measurable engagement within one integrated ecosystem.

The experiential village was developed around a full-scale custom tennis environment inspired by a professional clay court, creating a strong visual identity and an authentic emotional connection with the Wilson Tennis universe.

The space became a dynamic platform where sport, lifestyle, retail and branded entertainment merged into one continuous audience experience.


A Multi-Day Audience Engagement Platform

The activation remained operational for approximately one week and hosted a wide variety of activities designed to attract different audience segments and maximize repeat visitation.

The opening ceremony featured the participation of Wilson Tennis top management together with special guests and brand ambassadors, generating significant media visibility and public interest.
